| 1. How do I search for a product? |
| There are a number of ways you can search for a product, the easiest way is to type in key words i.e Dresses, Accessories, etc. into the search bar on the top of the page. Another way is to access the "collections" page and view each sub-category located on the left hand side of the collection page. You can view "ALL" as a default when you click on the "collections†button.
Once you have found what you want, click 'add to shopping cart', and when you're done shopping, follow the on screen instructions to fill in your payment and shipping details. Easy.

| 2. Do I need to create an account to shop in Tinge? |
| You do not need to sign up only if you check out with Paypal/Credit Cards. But in any case, setting up an account is an easy process and will allow you easy access to orders without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us, plus, it will give you benefits such as order tracking & regular newsletters. Shopping will be breeze! You can sign up right now, or you can start shopping straight away and set your account up when you check out, whichever suits you best. Just follow the easy steps on screen and remember to have your payment and address details to hand. |

| 3. Do you have a size guide? |
| We like all our products to fit nicely, as such, sizes and measurements will be provide along with the products. Care instructions and washing guides will also be included to keep your products looking great! |

| The easiest way to sign up for our newsletter is to provide us with your email at the newsletter field located at the bottom of our website. You can sign-up for our newsletter straight away without setting up an account

| 5. How can I pay for my orders? |
| Currently we accept the following: Paypal, ibanking and all major credit/debit cards (Through PayPal, no registration required). All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud. |

| 6. I checked out using iBanking. Now What? |
| When you check out using iBanking, a confirmation email with instructions on how to pay will be sent out to your email. Follow the step-by-step instructions to proceed with your order. Note that there is a 48 hour limit for iBanking transfers to be completed. Otherwise, the order will be automatically cancelled.

| 7. When will I be charged? |
| Payment will be charged immediately if your card is authorized. You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been successful. If your card is not authorised, payment will not be charged, and we'll email to let you know why your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorise the payment.
Even if your bank/card issuer did not authorize the payment, fret not. Non-authorization could be because of security issues. If it is due to this, usually resolving minor issues for e-payments will be relatively simple. Contact your bank for more details.
For ibanking users, payment will be determined by the user. We will process your orders once we receive it. A confirmation email will be sent once your payment is verified. Please follow the easy instructions during checkout if you are paying through ibanking. |

| 8. How do I change my account details on www.tinge.co? |
| Once you have signed up, you'll be able to log into My Account anytime you want. This is where you go if you want to change your password, email address, shipping info and card details.
If you haven't visited us in a while, it's worth checking My Account to make sure all your details are up to date. |

| 9. I have a discount code, how do I use it? |
| NOTE! Only members may use a coupon code as you will need to checkout instead of clicking proceeding to pay with Paypal. You may still pay with Paypal after doing so.
To use your coupon, enter your discount code in the "coupon code" field in the "Payment Information" page when checking-out; your orders will reflect the discounted pricing once you continue to the "confirmation" page.
If it is not applied at this point, we can't apply it to the same order later on (though you might be able to use it on a subsequent order).
Please note only one discount offer can be used per order.
Discount codes cannot be redeemed when buying gift cards.
Please always check further terms and conditions supplied with the code. |

| 10. Can I amend or cancel my order? |
| Unfortunately we are unable to amend an order once it has been submitted; this includes changing the size/color of an item, removing an item, changing the shipping address or any payment methods. |

| 11. Will an item be restocked? |
| In general, we do not restock items again as we like bringing you exciting products keeping up with the latest trends.
If you haven't given up hope on this item you may want to keep a look out for it on the site in case we do decide to re-stock it again or someone has recently purchased it and decided it wasn't suitable then returned it!.
We regret that we do not have facilities that allow you to track whether items have been restocked. But please do look out for it! If there is anything else you want to know about a product, please contact our support team. |
